The XE is a mid-sized prestige sedan and with its list price of $71,940 the R-Dynamic HSE sits at the top of a two grade range.
Standard features include a 10.0-inch display for media and sat nav, climate control touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 11-speaker 380W Meridian system LED headlights with auto high beam, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, an electrically adjustable steering column, ambient lighting, digital radio, proximity key with push button ignition, reversing camera, Bluetooth connectivity and power front seats.
There’s one engine for the entire range – it’s a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol with an impressive output of 221kW/400Nm. An eight-speed automatic is the sole transmission offered on this model.
