Carsguide Contributing Journalist Vani Naidoo had this to say at the time: We really enjoyed our time in the Lexus RX 350. Of course the niceties that come with riding in the top spec did not go unnoticed. Still, we liked that the RX looks bold and brash but inside is comfortable and luxurious. It has heart, too, thanks to that V6 power and while it may not be totally suitable to vigorous driving, it will have a red hot go.

Lexus RX350 2007: Are they reliable?
It’s unlikely that a manufacturing fault should show up after 11 years. I suspect that you’re just unlucky and its one of those freak thing that can happen. Even the best cars sometimes break down.

Is RX350 Sport Luxury missing a safety feature?
Lexus says all of the individual features in the package are fitted to the Sport Luxury but they are not linked because that setup is focused on performance driving and it was not regarded as a priority for the luxury flagship.

The following Lexus RX350 is available with either five or seven seats. The RX 350 comes with five seats and the RX350L has seven seats. The RX is available in one of three grades being: Luxury, F-Sport and Sports Luxury. The Luxury grade comes with the choice of Ivory, Black or Rich Cream leather seat trim. The F-Sport grade includes the choice either of Black, F-Sport Black, F-Sport Black and White or F-Sport Flare Red leather seat trim. The Sports Luxury grade includes the choice of Black, Ochre, Rich Cream or Ivory leather seat trim.
