The $22,600 Subaru Impreza 2.0i sedan launched in December 2016 on an all-new platform for the small Japanese brand.
The base model Impreza 2.0i sits below the 2.0i-L at $24,690, the 2.0i Premium at $26,490 and the 2.0i-S at $29,190.
The 2.0i has seven airbags, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, touchscreen multimedia system, 17-inch rims and rear tinted windows as standard. It is the only model to miss out on Subaru’s EyeSight safety system which incorporates auto emergency braking (AEB).
Built in Japan, the Impreza uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder horizontally opposed (or boxer) engine that makes 115kW at 6000rpm and 196Nm at 4000rpm. It’s mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
